You will build positive relationships with customers online and act as a key resource on social community management best practices and manage, monitor, and respond to comments and direct messages in the brandβs voice on CSEβs posts on multiple platforms in a timely manner. This position requires availability to work Monday through Sunday, with the main focus on Saturday and Sunday, for a total of 25+ hours per week.
